The entire 50 minutes is focused on you. Your instructor designs everything around your body, goals, and any injuries. Group classes follow a set structure with up to 8 clients. Many clients do both
For beginners, yes. The foundation you build makes group classes more effective and safer. For prenatal, postnatal, and injury recovery clients, the customization a private offers is not possible in a group setting.
Absolutely. It is actually the ideal starting point. You learn at your own pace with an instructor focused entirely on you.
Yes. Our Elberon studio is minutes from Asbury Park and serves clients throughout Monmouth County, including those coming from New York City during the summer.
