Private Pilates Sessions Built Around You

One-on-one, fully customized, available as solo, duet, or trio.

Why Private Sessions Make a Difference

Reformer Pilates is a language. The machine, the springs, the breathwork, the mind-body connection — learning all of that while keeping pace with a group is a recipe for frustration. Founder Lauren Ginsberg recommends every new client start with private sessions first. Form comes before everything. The foundation you build here is what makes everything after more effective.

One-on-One Pilates Near Long Branch, New Jersey, Tailored to You

Every body is different. Every goal is different. Whether you are building strength, managing chronic pain, preparing for childbirth, recovering postpartum, or just getting comfortable on the reformer before your first group class, private sessions give your instructor the space to address exactly what you need. We have worked with clients from age 10 to their 90s. Private Pilates near Long Branch and across Monmouth County is available for all of the above.

Private Pilates for Prenatal and Postnatal Clients

Pilates is one of the most recommended forms of movement during and after pregnancy. In a private setting, sessions focus on pelvic stabilization, glute strengthening, core activation, and delivery preparation. Postpartum clients are welcome once cleared by their doctor. We address diastasis recti, pelvic floor recovery, and the shoulder tension that comes with new parenthood. You are not just cleared for exercise and left to figure it out. We meet you where you are and build from there.

Private Sessions for Injury Recovery

For clients finishing PT or managing an ongoing injury, private Pilates sessions offer a way to keep building strength without aggravating what you are recovering from. The reformer adapts to you. Ankle injury? We work your core. Shoulder issue? We focus on lower body. If you are unsure whether Pilates is right for your situation, reach out at info@dorupilates.com before booking.

Duets and Trios

Bring a friend, a partner, or a family member. Duet and trio sessions still come with a dedicated instructor and fully customized programming, at a better per-person rate. No strangers. No group dynamic. Just a private experience you share with someone you actually want to be there.
