Small classes. Real attention. Never the same twice. Our group reformer Pilates in Elberon, NJ is capped at 8 because you deserve to be seen, not just counted.
Our instructors trained in New York City. They’re full-time, not a side gig. And they brought that standard to the Jersey Shore: athletic, fast-paced, constantly evolving. No two classes are the same. If you’ve been to studios where the routine never changes, you’ll feel the difference immediately.
Most group Pilates classes are too big. When a studio packs 15 or 20 people onto machines, your form gets ignored. At Doru, every class is capped at 8 on Merrithew V2 Max reformers so the instructor sees everyone, every rep, every time. That’s not a limitation. That’s the whole point.
Everyone. Beginners, seasoned movers, clients in their 20s and their 80s. Our instructors modify within the group setting so you’re always working at your level. That said, our classes do move. Expect to be pushed, expect to shake a little, and expect to feel it the next day. Results come with consistency. Two to three classes a week is the sweet spot, and most people feel a real shift within a month.
Single classes, 5-class packs, and 10-class packs are all available. Book through MindBody. 12-hour cancellation notice required for a credit. Anything inside that window is charged. Waitlist spots open automatically when a space frees up. Arriving more than 5 minutes late? You won’t be admitted. It’s a safety policy, not a vibe.
